How long will my order take?

We are small team however we will always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Each piece of jewellery is hand made in our studio. Please allow approximately 7-10 working days for us to process your order before shipping and see below for delivery options. If you need your order quickly then please contact us before you place the order.

If you order over the weekend then please count Monday as the first working day and any order placed after 5pm GMT will not be processed until the next day. 

How long does delivery take?

All UK orders will be sent First Class Signed For (£2.95). This includes an online delivery confirmation and a 24 - 48 hrs estimated delivery window.

You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been shipped and you can expect it to arrive approximately 1-3 working days after that. 

If you would like a next day/special delivery option then please contact us before you place an order for us to provide you with cost options.

International orders can be sent two ways. You can opt for standard international shipping for £5.00 or Tracked shipping for £10.00 (This includes insurance up to £50). We strongly recommend the tracked option for overseas orders to ensure you can monitor your packages journey. Once your order leaves us we cannot be responsible for the location of your parcel until it reaches you, which is why we offer and recommend the option of tracked shipping.

Will COVID-19 delay my delivery?

All of your orders are prepared safely in our studio, by a small team of babes who are following all necessary safety precautions and using the appropriate PPE to keep you and us safe :) Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are posting orders 2-3 days per week. Unfortunately there have also been delays reported with all courier and postal services, so please allow additional time and consideration when waiting for your parcels to arrive.

Do you make custom items or do collaborations?

We love making custom pieces and love working on new projects. Get in touch with us. :)

What’s your returns policy?

We hope you love your jewellery, but in the event that you have any issues. Here’s what to expect:

You can return your items up to 14 days after you receive them for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging & in the same condition as they were sent. This is with the exception of earrings*

*For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

*Custom orders and recycled products are none refundable but are eligible for exchange if faulty.

*Sale items are none returnable/ refundable.
